Daasebre Ofosu Kawbi Ayebiahwe, President of Akyemansa House of Chiefs, has brought smiles to over 1,000 elderly people in Odauman with gifts of rice, oil, cloth, and sardines .
Addressing the crowd, he stated that his goal as Chief of Akyem Etwereso is to drive development in the area .
“I didn’t come to get rich, I came to bring progress,” he emphasized .
He stressed that development is crucial, and without land, it’s impossible .
“Odauman must develop; it’s a great town with a great history,” he added.
He urged unity, saying, “We’re one people, not enemies; be patient .
” He noted that land is needed for schools, hospitals, and more . “I’m selling the town to attract investment; without land, development will suffer,” he said.
The community thanked him and prayed for God’s blessings , wishing him greatness and long life.
