Welfare Of NDC Youth Organizers To Be My Top Priority – Mr Fohad Agbenyadzi pledges

The Eastern Regional Deputy Youth Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr Fohad Agbenyadzi, has pledged to make welfare of youth organizers his top priority.

According to him, he plans to roll out an insurance scheme to cover medical costs from accidents and support local grassroots youth leaders in times of emergency to offer crucial social and health protections.

The Eastern Regional Deputy Youth Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr Fohad Agbenyadzi, made the above declaration during his engagement with youth and deputy youth organizers in Koforidua, the regional capital of Eastern Region.

Mr. Agbenyadzi outlined his strategic campaign message focused on building a self-sustaining youth wing.

Briefing the media after the meeting, Mr Agbenyadzi said his core vision aims to eliminate financial dependence on party financiers, who often demand appointments and contracts in return for their support.

He proposes establishing a commercial entity to engage in legitimate business activities, such as competitive tendering and project execution.

He explained that part of the generated revenue will be used directly to fund the party’s nationwide operations.

He plans to head a major financial campaign to secure 50 million Ghana cedis in seed capital to launch his commercial and welfare initiatives.

Policy framework also incorporates structured allowances for local constituency-level youth organizers to ease their financial burden and keep the political base highly motivated.

To this end, all the regional youth organizers and their deputies have strongly endorsed Mr. Agbenyadzi’s national bid, thereby praising him for his visible zeal, benevolence, and actionable solutions for the advancement of young people within the NDC.
