
The District Chief Executive (DCE) of Achiase District has embarked on an initiative to register citizens for the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) and renew expired cards, completely free of charge. This effort aims to improve healthcare access and alleviate financial burdens on residents.
Citizens can register for the NHIS or renew their expired cards without any cost.
The registration exercise will cover various communities, including:
– Achiase
– Nyankomase
– Akenkansu
– Akosombo
– Duokon
– Osorase
– Teshieman
– Anyinam
– Anamase
– Kokobeng
The registration will take place from October 21st to November 5th, 2025.
