The Member of Parliament (MP) for Agona East in the Central Region, Maame Pokua Sawyerr has eulogised late Vice President, Paa Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur describing him as a perfect gentleman.
The MP who joined hundreds of mourners to bid farewell to the former Bank of Ghana Governor told media men that the late Amissah-Arthur was someone who always executed his job well.
