Ashaiman MP Inspects Ongoing Drainage And School Projects, Assures Residents Of Improved Roads

The Member of Parliament for the Ashaiman Constituency, Hon. Ernest Norgbey, has inspected several ongoing development projects across the constituency as part of efforts to ensure timely completion and value for money.

The projects inspected include drainage systems and school infrastructure works. The drainage projects, facilitated through the MP’s office, are expected to be completed within the next few months to pave way for road construction.

Accompanied by Assembly Members, Hon. Norgbey toured active drainage works at Fitter Line, Tulaku, Christian Village, Afariwa, and Lebanon Zones Two and Four.

Speaking to the media during the inspection tour, the MP stressed that all drainage projects will be followed by major road construction works. He emphasized that no drainage project in the constituency will be left without corresponding road development.

Hon. Norgbey assured residents that Ashaiman will soon experience significant improvement in its road network, adding that the developments will befit the status of the constituency.

Touching on abandoned projects at the Ashaiman Senior High School, the MP disclosed that he will be engaging the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund) to facilitate the completion of the stalled projects.
