The New Patriotic Party Women wing in Akim Oda Constituency in the Eastern Region as part event of celebrating the Third year anniversary of NPP Loyal Ladies, has launched NPP Loyal Ladies Akim Oda Constituency Chapter.
Loyal Ladies is a volunteer group of ladies in the NPP who see to it that more Females take part in active politics.
Their role is to reach out to the electorates in all areas and campaign for the party.
Speaking to the Media during the inauguration, the Member of Parliament Hon William Agyepong Quaitto adviced loyal ladies not to give up on the party but rather continue to campaign for the party to retain power in 2020 general election.
He urged them to go all out and let the people know the good things the president is doing for the nation.
He further adviced the Loyal Ladies to be focused on the core mandate of the group and also thanked them for their contribution to the party.
Hon Kojo Oppong Nkrumah Member of Parliament for Ofoase Constituency congratulated the Loyal Ladies and urged them to rally more support for the NPP.
The commander of the Akim Oda Loyal lady Evangel Asare Lah called on all ladies in the constituency to join the group so that they can all campaign and help party retain in power come 2020 general election.
