NicksethConstruction Limited has commenced construction of its concrete production facility at Appolonia Industrial Park. The state-of-the-art production complex, which sits on  two (2) acres, will include an administration block and a warehouse.

Earlier this year, the Kumasi-based construction company decided to locate its new factory at Appolonia City’slight industrial park to expand its operations and establish a base in Accra.

“Now is a good time to start our production complex, so we can serve clients of Appolonia City and the surrounding area. We are excited about how the city is taking shape and look forward to serving new customers,” said Nicholas Frimpong Boateng, CEO of Nickseth Construction.

“With world-class infrastructure already in place, Appolonia Industrial Park is the ideal place for any business in manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing. We are confident that the Nickseth Construction products will serve many customers within the city and neighbouring communities,” said Appolonia City CEO Bright Owusu-Amofah.

Appolonia Industrial Park is a 200-acre zone within Appolonia City’s 2,325-acre development with high-quality infrastructure specifically engineered for light industrial uses.

In addition to Nickseth’s ongoing construction, other local and international companies are also developing facilities at the park, including Alusynco, Crownhouse Construction & Logistics, PUMA Energy and Total Ghana.
