Nkɔsoɔ Hemaa together with philanthropist Mrs. Lorna Whilby brings Joy to children in Akyem Abenase

The Nkɔsoɔ Hemaa of Akyem Abenase, Nana Ama Antwiwaa II, joined forces with philanthropist Mrs. Lorna Whilby and her husband to bring joy to children in Akyem Abenase.

The trio presented the children with essential items, including clothes, toys, drinks,water, biscuits, footwear, sanitary pads, socks, and learning materials.

 

Nana Ama Antwiwaa II emphasized the importance of giving back to society, regardless of one’s financial status. In an interview with Oyerepa TV, she stated, “Don’t wait until you’re wealthy to give back. Even small acts of kindness can bring joy to those in need.”

The Nkɔsoɔ Hemaa expressed her gratitude to Mrs. Lorna Whilby for providing the donated items. Mrs. Whilby shared her passion for philanthropy, saying, “I’m committed to supporting the community in any way I can. Seeing smiles on the faces of those I help brings me immense joy.”

The Queen of Akyem Abenase, Nana Kwartemaa Taatete II, and the chiefs of Akyem Abenase commended Nkɔsoɔ Hemaa for her selfless efforts. They encouraged others to emulate her example and give back to the community.
