Black Princess striker Priscilla Adubea was named the SWAG Female Footballer of the Year 2017 by the Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG).
The star striker was honoured for emerging as the top scorer in the National Women’s League, banging in 19 goals to emerge top scorer.
She also inspired her side to win the National Women’s League as well as finishing runners up in the FA Cup. She also won the goal queen in both the league and the FA cup.
The Sunyani Senior High graduate begun active football in senior high playing for Prisons and has risen through the ranks of the female national teams which earned her a call up into the Black Queens but could not join her colleagues due to injury.
The young sensation has been one of the most exceptional Under-20 female football players.She is looking forward to an international career after helping Ghana in international competition. Ghana has qualified to play in the world Under 20 championship in France and she hopes to use that platform to announce herself to the world.
