A certain Avea Nsoh, who was dismissed from office as Upper East Regional Minister for gross incompetence and insubordination, is failing to learn from his disastrous past, and is literally jumping from one self-orchestrated problem to another.
This cantankerous sixty something year old, who is supposed to be on compulsory retirement, but due to alleged falsification of age is still parading as a fifty something year old active servant of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), mistakenly sprints to take cover under the open skies when he sought the assistance of a common criminal to help in organizing a baseless demonstration against the widely acknowledged successful administration of Rev. Fr. Prof. Afful-Broni, the unperturbed-cum-undisputed Vice-Chancellor (VC) of UEW.
No wonder Avea (a supposed Associate Professor of Linguistics), has run away from his usual nonsensical and error prone write-ups on Facebook, following the deadly blows he received from the unfazed son of the upright peasant farmer in the wake of he Avea’s failure to correctly place the word ‘silent’ in its proper context in his article titled: “We have lost the battle for academic freedom. The Universities have become the seat for culture of silence”.
This guy Avea is so foolishly full of himself to the extent that, he openly defies constitutional processes to officially hand over to his successor following the successful appointment of a Professor as the Principal of the College of Languages Education, Ajumako, and yet, runs to a known crook to seek help in organizing a sympathy demonstration (a constitutional device), in a bid to shore up public sympathy for a shameless claim he put in for ex-gratia payment. What a classic paradox? How can someone who has not officially handed over be paid ex-gratia? What will be the legal basis of such a payment?
The incompetence of Avea as a College Principal at UEW Ajumako campus is further made pronounced in respect of recent progress made in the construction of physical facilities. Projects that were stalled for about the entire four (4) year period of his tenure, have seen close to 50% progress in the last eight (8) months.
Avea is entreated to consult better and highly respected persons to help in organizing his planned demonstration, since where the crook Avea is currently seeking support from, is also in need of help from his failed voodoo and shrines.
