The Chief of Akyem Akokoaso advises parents to send their children to school.

The Chief of Akyem Akokoaso in the Akyemansa District Eastern Region, Nana Asare Bediako III, has advised parents to send their children to school so that they can learn and become great in the future.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony of The Methodist Preparatory School in Akyem Akokoaso, he emphasized that education is the key to success and encouraged every parent to enroll their children in school.

Nana Asare Bediako III stated that the biggest gift any parent can give to their ward is a good education, which will benefit them in the long run.

He stressed that the future of the town lies in the hands of the children, and it is crucial for them to go to school so that they can contribute to the town’s development in the future.

The Chief promised that he, together with his sub-chiefs, will support brilliant students to further their education to the highest level.

Most Rev. Kuntu Blankson, Head Pastor of the Methodist Church Akokoaso, also advised parents to support teachers in training their children.

He urged parents to always assist their children with their homework and monitor their movements, as some parents fail to do so, which constitutes bad parenting.

He encouraged parents to train their children to be God-fearing people and show them love.
