Winneba High Court Clears ‘Clogs & Fetters’ For University Of Education, Winneba, Pro-VC Election To Take Place

University Of Education, Winneba
The Winneba High Court presided over by Her Ladyship Justice Janapare Bartels-Kodwo, on Monday 18th November, 2019, threw out an injunction and certiorari applications filed by a certain Frimpong Kaakyire Duku, against the University of Education, Winneba (UEW).
Frimpong had challenged the Vice-Chancellor’s power to nominate three candidates for the Pro-Vice-Chancellor election at the University.
Having obtained this ‘clearance’ from the court of competent jurisdiction, the university swiftly moved into action by making all the necessary arrangements and providing the required materials, for the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Pro-VC) election to take place today (Thursday 21st November, 2019).
Whether rain, shine or snow, the Pro-VC election is definitely coming on as planned. Apart from Allah, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING can stop it!!
I humbly appeal to all convocation members, to take time off their usual busy schedules, and turn up to cast their ballots at the foyer of the Pecku Annex Building at the North Campus, Winneba. Same appeal goes to convocation members in Ajumako, Mampong and Kumasi.
There are some deviants in society who are allergic to peace at UEW. To such stupid fools and ignoramuses, I put it to them in their ugly and nasty faces that, they are NOT God, and can NEVER be!!
The lead counsel for UEW in all the cases that UEW has chalked success, Paa Kwesi Abaidoo, hardly grants radio interviews after the courts’ pronouncements in his favour.
However, an incompetent and failed lawyer, who can at best be described as a ‘radio lawyer’, and who walks around with a doubtful EOCO Report that cannot pass a judicial test (curtesy of Cape Coast High Court 2), under his smelly armpit, insanely believes that cases are won in the media, and not the courtroom.
And this disgraced and humiliated lawyer continues to walk around without shame? And some people also continue to have faith in this ‘failure’?
I assure all those who have mistakenly put their trust in this ‘failure’ that, apart continuing to dole out huge sums of monies to this classic ‘failure’, NOTHING good will come out of the said relationship, Insha Allah!!
The UEW issues are beyond the comprehension of antoa, nogokpo, and all other shrines and voodoo priests in this world. This is why the ritual that was performed prior to the Cape Coast High Court 2 ruling a couple of weeks ago, had no effect whatsoever on the position of Rev. Fr. Prof. Afful-Broni, PhD, as the undisputed Vice-Chancellor (VC) of the University of Education, Winneba.
Those who have problems with the pronouncement of the Cape Coast High Court 2, have two (2) options opened to them.
First, if they are staff of UEW, nothing stops them from vacating their posts.
Second, whether they are staff of UEW or not, they can eat shit, die and go to hell!! Simple!
I will be casting my vote in the Pro-VC election between 8.30am to 9am on Thursday 21st November, 2019, at the north campus of UEW. Anyone who believes that he is a man, is most welcome to stop me from casting my ballot!
