The workaholic Assembly Member for Towobotom Electoral area at the Birim Central Municipality in Eastern Region, Hon Clement Attefua, has promised to enroll two hundred (200) constituents of the area on the National Health Insurance Scheme as beneficiaries. This promise he says will be fulfilled on Thursday December 31, 2020.
Hon Clement Attefua during the time he was vying for the position as an Assembly Man for Towobotom electoral, promised to enroll a number of hundred person on the scheme at the end of every six months if he was given the nod.
However, the decision to enrol the two hundred targeted is in accordance with honouring his promise.
Hon Clement Attefua has since he took office, been a blessing to the area and his deeds are remarkable and worth commending.
