Fresh debate has erupted on social media following claims that founder and leader of Parliament Chapel International, Francis Amoako Attah, predicted a global viral outbreak months before recent hantavirus concerns emerged.
During a church service on January 4, 2026, Apostle Amoako Attah reportedly told his congregation that the year would mirror the events of 2020 and warned of a major disease outbreak before the end of the year.
“Put it in mind that I already told you that 2026 is the start of 2020 because by the end of the year, there will be a viral outbreak. Write it down,” he reportedly said.
Days later, during an appearance on Angel TV on January 16, he allegedly repeated the warning, claiming some countries would experience disease outbreaks before the close of the year.
He further claimed the outbreak would spread through rats and described it as “a demonic war against humanity.”
His comments have resurfaced after health authorities in California confirmed that another resident had been exposed to hantavirus linked to an outbreak aboard the MV Hondius cruise ship.
According to health officials, the latest case brings the total number of exposed California residents to five, although all are reportedly asymptomatic.
Authorities said the newly identified passenger had disembarked the cruise ship before the outbreak became public, briefly returned to California, and later travelled to the Pitcairn Islands.
The hantavirus outbreak has reportedly claimed three lives, raising global concerns about the spread of the disease.
Meanwhile, another video circulating online shows Apostle Amoako Attah making a separate prophecy involving the White House and U.S. President Donald Trump.
In the video, he claimed he saw Trump emerging from the White House with a document that would contain an announcement capable of affecting the entire world.
“When that message is delivered, a lot of people will begin to disappear,” he said.
The resurfaced prophecies have triggered mixed reactions online, with some believers calling them accurate predictions while others remain skeptical.
