Clergy Admonishes More Women Into Ministry

Members of the Clergy have admonished more women to go into ministry, because according to them, women in ministry are always humble and show signs of submissive character to whoever they come into contact with, irrespective of the person’s background or religious affiliations, unlike some of their male counterparts.

The call was made by the founder of Amazing Love Ministries, Prophetess Dora Entsua-Mensah at GomoaEkwamkrom, the General Overseer of the True Gospel Faith Int. Prophet OpokuWiafe and the minister in charge of the Damascus Christian Church Int. Apostle Paul GyasiAcheampong, both in AgonaSwedru.

Their call was in response to claim by some that women are barred by the Old Testament Bible to go into ministry.

But according to the members of the Clergy, the claim is baseless and without any Biblical support, giving countless number of women who were prophets in those days, including Deborah and Anna who served as prophets in Israel and led the nation to war and coming out victorious.
