Apostle Francis Amoako Atta, General Overseer of Parliament Chapel International, has urged Ghanaians not to allow politicians to manipulate them into perpetuating violence in the upcoming election.
With the presidential and parliamentary elections scheduled for December 7, 2024, Apostle Amoako Atta emphasized the importance of maintaining peace in the country.
Speaking to Ghananews247.com, he noted that Ghana has successfully held elections since 1992, and it’s crucial to preserve the peace the country has enjoyed.
He cautioned against allowing politicians to jeopardize citizens’ lives, especially when they wouldn’t risk their own children’s lives.
Apostle Amoako Atta reminded Ghanaians that they have families, lives, and a country to protect.
He stressed that elections are a one-day event, but the country’s well-being is a long-term priority.
Ghana’s reputation as a peaceful nation must be upheld, and Apostle Amoako Atta encouraged citizens to prioritize peace and dignity.
