El-Sayus Company Limited has taken charge of cleaning and maintaining the Accra Sports Stadium to ensure a well-kept environment for sporting activities.
Contracted by the National Sports Authority, the company is responsible for maintaining the stadium’s seating areas, washrooms, dressing rooms, pitch, and other facilities.
During a recent visit to the stadium ahead of Ghana’s World Cup qualifier against Chad, President John Dramani Mahama acknowledged the company’s efforts in keeping the facility clean and well-maintained. This recognition follows their previous role in ensuring the Jubilee House was properly cleaned before and after Ghana’s 68th Independence Day celebrations.
CEO of El-Sayus, Mr. Archibald Darko-Boateng, emphasized the company’s commitment to ensuring a hygienic and welcoming atmosphere for sports enthusiasts. “Our goal is to keep the stadium in top condition before, during, and after every event,” he stated in an interview with Justice Kwadwo Adusi-Poku of Tobinco Media Group.
He further assured that after each game, his team would ensure the stadium is cleaned and ready for use the next day, helping to enhance the overall experience for both players and spectators.
