The Odauhene, Odeneho Ofosu Kwabi Ayebiahwe, has called for calm in Odauman.
Addressing his subjects during Akwasidae, he urged his people not to be bothered by the ongoing dispute between Odauman and the Akyem Abuakwa State.
He advised them to be cautious about what they say.
According to him, some individuals recently slaughtered a goat, claiming they had destooled the Abusuapanyin of Akyem Etwereso, but he insisted that such an act is not in line with tradition.
He revealed that chiefs of Akyem Abuakwa have been instructed not to engage him in any matters simply because he disagrees with the installation of someone who is not from the royal family of Akyem Osenase as chief, which he says is not right.
Odeneho Ofosu Kwabi Ayebiahwe reaffirmed that he remains the Odauhene and will
to protect Odauman.
