The Pastor in Charge of the Presbyterian Church at Akyem Etwereso in the Akyemansa District Eastern Region Rev Benjamin Ahenkorah,has commended His Royal Majesty Odeneho Ofosu Kwabi Ayebiahwe, the Odauhene, for fulfilling his promise to the church.
Speaking during a visit to the Odauhene’s palace to celebrate Akwasidae with him, the Pastor expressed his appreciation to the King for promising to roof the church building, a promise he has honoured.
He said it was right to thank the King for what he has done for the church and added that his superiors have promised to come and thank him for his benevolence.
Rev. A said Odeneho Ofosu Kwabi Ayebiahwe had promised to roof the church before the pastor leaves Etwereso, and true to his word, he has done it, for which he is very grateful.
In response, His Royal Majesty Odeneho Ofosu Kwabi Ayebiahwe urged all to learn to do philanthropic work because there are many blessings in it.
He said he has made it in life because of the philanthropic work he does.
